Meet Our Prestige Music Teachers

Prestige Music Center is managed and by a professional administrative team with a love for music, and a system that helps students pursue their goals, effectively and successfully. Working together, the team provides a creative, dedicated and positive environment in which students can learn and grow.

 Stephen Reeves 

Stephen Reeves is the Music Director of Prestige Music. He began playing the guitar at age 7,  and went on to pursue music. He attend Prospect College and earned the prized silver horn position.  He led the drum corp and participated in many Heads of State ceremonial events, including the Duke of Luxembourg, Princess Margret, Henry Kissinger and Pierre Trudeau.  He went on to join the Ernie Ranglin Jazz band  and later became Director of Entertainment, under Prime Minister of Jamaica Edward Seaga.  As a performing musician Stephen has performed in 37 countries across America, Europe and Africa.  He has won many awards but prefers to be behind the scenes, helping to launch young talents.  As a coach he has personally mentored and trained Xfactor 2011 winner, Melanie Amaro, and groomed other young talents like Liz Elias, Teenear, Blake G and many others. His students have gone on to win Grammys and recruited to work with top music producers. Dr. Reeves is the most humble person you will meet and a caring coach to have.

 Ani Kambur 

Ani has been teaching music since 1990. She graduated in 1992 with an associate degree in Music from Kingsborough Community College, where she received The Music Award, which is usually given to the graduating student, for outstanding achievement in the music field and service to the Music Department. In 1995 she graduated from Mannes College of Music, with a diploma as a Piano Performance major and a minor in Voice. After moving to Florida from her hometown of New York, Ani attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance.  She has played as a substitute church pianist, ballet accompanist, and has spent the last four years playing for a variety of private and corporate events and weddings.

John has been playing drums since he was 5 years old. He studied at ASM Music School for 4 years. After that he continued playing drums throughout middle and high school. He is a freelance drummer playing on tours, concert and churches. John is a fun enthusiastic instructor that is loved by his students and pairs. His playing skills vary from Jazz, Rock, Gospel, R&B, Urban, Latin and more... 

 John Castillo 

Drums

Jordan is a well rounded musician that teaches piano, guitar bass. His genres of choice are Gospel and R&B and loves to teach the fundamentals of Music. He is in a band named Juggernaut that plays different types of events such as weddings, birthday parties, etc. He has been teaching for 3 years and is currently majoring in Music Education at Broward College. Jordan currently resides in Lauderhill, FL and loves working at Prestige Music Center.

Jordan is a well-rounded musician who teaches piano and guitar bass -- he's been teaching for 3 years. His genres of choice are Gospel and R&B; he loves to teach the fundamentals of Music. He is also a member of a band named Juggernaut and they play at different events such as weddings, birthday parties, etc. Jordan is currently enrolled in at College, majoring in Music Education. He lives in Lauderhill, FL and loves working at Prestige Music Center.
